4. Booking request:

All booking requests must be approved by the Therapist, subject to availability.

Once the Therapist confirms your data/hour, the appointment becomes a Confirmed Booking.

Payment is made directly to the therapist at the end of your sessions and can be done in cash or by credit card.

5. Appointment:
During the booking process, the customer must provide accurate details of the location (e.g., hotel, apartment address) where the service will be delivered.
The Therapist may arrive up to 15 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic). If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the customer has the right to:

Cancel the service for that day.
